Internet Safety and Web Etiquette for Teens

Arizona Attorney General's information on Internet Safety for teens: http://www.azag.gov/ChildrensPage/teeninternet.html

1
. BE SAFE. Use a screen name. Never reveal your name, address, phone numbers, email or anything that could help a stranger locate you. Report ANYTHING you feel uncomfortable about to library staff.

2. BE NICE. No personal attacks. You can voice your opinion on what someonw writes, but not on that person. Express yourself, but remember you are dealing with other humans (with emotions!) so be polite.

3. BE SMART. This blog can be read by anyone so think before you post. What's online, stays online. You are also representing Phoenix Public Library Teens to the world... please do it as best you can.
