Mesquite Library Teen Council sponsored Boo! at the Library on Thursday October 28, 2010.
Teens came in costume to volunteer to read stories to children (wow that was popular!), make a cat collage craft, play Seal Ring Toss game, parade through the Library in costumes not once but twice!, and purchased treats so every child could choose a treat to take home with them.
