DEATH METAL

this a topic that is very close to my heart, because i LOVE death metal. Knowing this ,you could imagine how upset and hurt i feel when i hear people degrating it to just screaming and beating on their instruments. So I am here to explain to you the tiny details that go into making DEATH. First, lets start with the vocals,which i do by the way, takes many hours of practice to prefect and to keep your voice fom going horse for ever. Next we move on to the guitar work. To start with, playing guitar is no easy task,trust me i've tried,but then playing it at break neck speed ups the hardness tenfold(just look at NILE, IMMOLATION, AND CANNIBAL CORPSE). Next we look at the other instrument(bass, and drums). To play bass fast is hard consitering it was not meant to be played fast, but slow, then you have to play blast beats on drums while keeping a good beat going and play up to 200+ beats per minute on double bass. So i hope have a better insight to the world of death metal and will think before you down play it.
