Although it was a hot day here in the Valley of the Sun, the cool teens of Laveen meet this day of, August 25, 2010 in their first LTC meeting. New faces showed up, hundreds of cool ideas pop-out as the teens shared their thoughts and ideas to make the Cesar Chavez library shine in the Valley of the Sun.
The teens discussed great ideas for the upcoming Teen Read Month (silk screen t-shirt, game truck, and book signing of the famous author Lisa McMann) and fundraising.
